Makes 8-10 bliss balls
Line a plate or dish with silver foil.
Cut up the carrot into slices and again into quarters.
Add all ingredients into a Vitamix (if you choose to use a food processor instead I recommend you grate the carrot rather than slice).
Pulse ingredients until they form a dough.
Using a tablespoon, spoon out each ball and roll in-between the palm of your hands into balls, roughly the size of a golf ball.
Place the bliss balls onto the silver foil.
Repeat this process until you have used up the entire mixture.
Place bliss balls into the fridge to set for 30 minutes.
Keep them in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
