Green Hydrating Smoothie

Keeping it simple: Green Hydrating Smoothie.

Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.

1/2 green apple, peeled

1 small local cucumber, peeled

1tsp of maca powder

1 scoop of vegan vanilla  protein powder

1 handful of ice

1/2 cup of coconut water (add more if you wish)
