Makes 8-10 bliss balls
Line a plate or dish with silver foil.
To roast the hazelnuts preheat the oven to 150 degrees.
Spread the hazelnuts onto a baking tray and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
Remove hazelnuts from the oven, you will know they are ready as the shells can be rubbed off.
Add nuts to a Vitamix or food processor and pulse until they turn into a fine crumbs.
Add the dates and the cacao powder to the nuts and pulse until combined.
Add the coconut oil and pulse until the mixture turns into a soft dough.
Using a tablespoon, spoon out the dough and then roll in-between the palm of your hands into balls, similar in size to golf balls.
Place the bliss ball onto the plate with the silver foil.
Repeat this process until all the mixture has been used up.
Place bliss balls to set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
