The Raw Chocolate Bark demonstration at my most recent Health & Nutrition Group Coaching event was a major hit, therefore I thought I would share it with you.
It’s a great introductory recipe for chocolate making beginners and a great way to experiment using raw cacao powder. Check out my Regular Chocolate Bars Vs Raw Chocolate table below.
8 Simple Steps to make your own Raw Chocolate Bark
Prep time 15 minutes
Freeze time 15 minutes
¼ cup raw hazelnuts
¼ cup raw almonds
(feel free to use your favourite nut combo)
¼ cup dried cranberries
½ cup extra-virgin coconut oil
½ cup raw cacao powder or cocoa powder
¼ cup of maple syrup
Pinch of pink salt
To make the chocolate:
If you have any left put it back in the freezer in a sealable tub for a later date it will last for a couple of days
